Reiki is a spiritual healing practice that can help return us to balanced functioning on every level; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and even social. A Reiki treatment typically brings rapid stress reduction, which is the beginning of the relief from pain and anxiety. Recipients often report improved sleep and digestion along with a sense of well-being. More benefits of Reiki are feeling more motivated, experiencing relief from side effects of medications, radiation, or chemotherapy. Reiki supports our well-being and strengthens our innate ability to heal by bringing back balance into our being.
Sacred Vibrations are the vibrations that are at the level of your highest self, they connect us to God/Source Energy. They are the vibrations that connect us to the oneness of life. When we are in sync with our Sacred Vibrations, we are in connection to the eternal moment, and it’s in this moment that we can be, do, and have anything, it is where our power lives.
